The human spine consists of vertebrae, discs, joints, and the muscle groups that allow the spine to twist, turn, and bend. Unfortunately, many forces (physical, chemical and/or emotion) can afflict this combination of moving and non-moving parts. Even the smallest subluxation, or joint imbalance, can limit joint motion, causing neck or back pain. Chiropractic spinal adjustment can relieve these problems. Dr. Kari Peteler uses manual or instrument-assisted techniques that deliver small but focused force to spinal components, shifting them back into position. With joint mobilization and spinal alignment neurological symptoms ease, muscular strain is reduced, and the body will move more freely.

Neck

If you are worried about neck adjustments please inquire about non-twisting techniques. I can use instrument-assisted or gentle drop table. These are great options for people with prior neck injuries and arthritis.

Extremities

Extremity joints are any joints outside of the spine, including hips, knees, ribs, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, ankles, feet and even fingers and toes. Theses can all be evaluated for joint misalignment and adjusted with manual technique or instrument-assisted.
